It’s a Zara day

at the mall. I told myself I am not going to the mall bc I need to save money.  When I was at the gym, my sister texted me if I wanted to go to Zara.  This is when you are a true-omg-shopoholic.  I said yes to go Zara with her to exchange something.  I told myself, “Just look.  Don’t buy anything.”  Shizzle fazilla manizzle. Hello. my name is Linda.  I would like to confess something serious and dangerous.  I am a shopoholic.  I love shopping and I don’t know how to stop myself from buying.

 So, I ended up buying the cute tops. I COULDN’T RESIST IT!!!!  The cat shirt is free for a reason.  My sister wanted to exchange the top for something else bc she already bought one (my mom bought the same shirt for my sister bc she needed more clothes in her closet). My sister forgot to bring the receipt, so I ended up keeping the shirt. Oh yea, I ended up spending, OMG, $80! =x I am so baddd, so baddddd!

Tomorrow I am going to San Diego County Fair in California.  I read on their site that it is one of the four largest fair.  My next goal is to go to Texas State Fair!  It is almost 12am!  Gnite everyone!!! Have a great weekend!

 

The Floral Genie Pant

You see a lot of shear maxi skirt, but have you seen shear floral pant?  So far, I have yet to seen one.  But if you have seen the shear pant, please let me know =).  I like this pant and had to buy it bc it was on sale and thought it was cool.  I bought the pant last year at Macys.  When I first tried the pant on, I felt like I was a genie girl (hehehe).  When I do go out during the day, I will wear it and take picture.  I need more time to go out aka rest day and take pictures.  I need a major break from work.  Oh yea!!!  The cool lookn’ pant is by Betsey Johnson.  I am so sad that Steve Madden bought out Betsey Johnson.  I have to say, I love Betsey crazy energy.

 

My sister asked me….

if I wanted to go to the mall, and I said, “SURE!” Big, Big,Big mistake! You know you are professional shopper, so you end up buying one or two or more things.  When you are a reward member, you get special offers in the mail for your bday.  I got an Express gift coupon.  Since, I was on a budget, I had to think frugal.  I couldn’t buy anything at the Sale area, so I ended up buying a cute black wristlet.  After Express, I went to Zara.  OMG!! I’ve been wanting to buy that shirt like forever bc it is super cute and chic!  Last year, they had same concept but different design.  I wanted to buy it last year, but I didn’t have the money . Now, I am super STOKED!!!! When I will get to wear that cute chic shirt?  I work everyday with kids.  I gotta figure it out.  The shirt is only $27.  You have to check it out; it comes in two different styles.  I had to choose one, even though I wanted to buy both.

Express yourself

Last weekend, as in night time, my friend and I went to West Hollywood aka WeHo in California.  If you ever in town, want to save money, and not wanting to be bothered by men trying to flirt with you then this is the place to be.  What I like about WeHo are, clubs are free to get in, you can be yourself, don’t have to dress sexy to impress, dance like no other, play good music, and you can see/meet celebrities.  There are good places to eat and affordable.   Every time I go to WeHo with my friend, the first song that pops to mind is, Express yourself by Madonna.

Sorry the picture is dark.  In the picture, i was wearing a black blazer by H&M, black top by Express, Stocking from Target, flats is by BCBG, and purple star short is by BAR III.  I wanted to dress cute and be comfy at the same time.

Last Saturday, I went to a network event ( so I can style for clients) slash birthday party (no clue who the bday boy was). Prior heading out to Los Angeles, I bought and wore this cute peplum black dress with laced on the back at Express. The best part of being an Express card member is coupon bc you can save money!!  I really liked the dress, it was little bit tight bc it was the only size left, and made me look skinny (lol). Back to the networking event.  I thought it was an exclusive well known networking event and perhaps a well known person (which I was excited getting to meet all these new clients).  When I got to the event, I was disappointed bc no one was there, there was no networking, and I was really bummed out.  In the email, the person hyped it out that it was going to be exciting and great way to network.  So my friend and I stayed for little bit and then left.  Before we left, my friend took pictures of me.  In the picture, I look awkward and it is a work-in-progress pose.  

It was a honest mistake

Two weeks ago, I got my wisdom teeth pulled out.  Oh my goodness!! The anesthesia doctor knocked me out fast. It was the worst post procedure ever.  I couldn’t eat, teeth were sensitive, couldn’t eat much, and it was aching.  I am glad the pain is gone, and never want to feel that pain ever again.  If you been there then you know what I am talking about.  The best part was, I didn’t go to work for two days.  I got to sleep in and relax.The second day, I had to go to the mall to buy some clothes for my cousin in Korea bc my mom is going to Korea for few weeks to visit her family (uber jealous!!!).  While I was at the mall, I decided to browse Macys, Zara and H&M.  At Macy’s, I told myself I will just browse. Oh Lordy! that was a total mistake.  I ended up buying bc I could not resist at all.  I bought a honeydew loose sweater by FreePeople, and a black short-sleeve high-neck top by Bar III.

 At Zara, I bought a green velvet belt (it can go two ways).  At H&M, I bought this cute mint green blazer.

Best part was…..everything was on sale!!!

I wish I had more $$ to buy some real comfy hushpuppies loafers, the cute mint dress and the trench coat.

 

Purses,Purses, all kind of purses…

I have a problem!  I don’t have someone to take pictures of me, which I am sad.  Mean time, I will be using my mannequin to take pictures or will try to figure something out to take pictures, so I can post it on my blog.  I am sorry in advance, boo me.

Never can go wrong on having more than one purse.  It is good to have at least one of each kind of purse such as, clutch,hobo,long strap, and etc… bc each purse has to match with a look.  It is ok if buy affordable purses or if you prefer more pricy, it is up to you, but as long it looks oh-so faboolas!  

Call me crazy, during my college year, when my bday came around, I would buy one pricy brand name purse bc I was very addicted to brand names (still am,but it is very very under control now) and wanted to be part of those people who had everything.  For an example, I told myself I would buy Louis Vuitton speedy bag.  I go to the mall ready to buy speedy, but I ended up buying something total different that no one ever heard of.  Still call me crazy, I prefer buying brand name bags bc I am still addicted to brand names ( ACK! Biting my Lips!)  The caveat, don’t buy brand name purses bc you want to blend in.  Don’t buy it bc you have an impulse.  Don’t buy it if you don’t have the money.  I can go on and on.  Only buy it if you have the money.  For me, I didn’t buy the purses impulsive, I instead save money then bought the purses. 

Affordable purses or pricy, please try to keep your purses in good condition.  You will never know your purses you have now will become vintage in 10 years.  

It is a 2 for 1 deal!

You look in your closet, and say this to yourself, “I have nothing to wear! Omg, What am I going to wear!”  Don’t be stressed out! There is a way out!  I know there are a lot of people who are on a budget or just can’t afford the retail therapy.  You see a lot of bloggers wearing new outfits and accessories everyday.  You say this yourself, “How are they able to afford clothes all the time?  I can’t afford buying new clothes all theee timeeeee!” We all want to be like them and happy.  Sometime you just gotta think outside of the box.  I have an answer for you, and you like my answer.

I bet in your closet, you have a lot of long tops, whether it be loose or fitted. 

In the first picture, it is a long fitted top with legging.  I want a versatile style w/out having to repeat the same style.  In the next picture, I tucked the long fitted top into my black fitted skirt, and accessorized it with a belt. Wahlah, you never knew it was a long top! =)

 

You know when…..

Your closet is about to explode bc you spend some time at your second home aka the mall.  At the end result and the accumulation, this what happens below.  The wood rack is about to break and the shelf is about to break bc I keep on shopping. =x
